somewhatlurker 865a64bd96 TLAC slider emulator: more directly emulate input data to avoid tracking section state, testing for ps4 official controller slider support 
also allow slider in menu (toggle in keyconfig) and remove need for hardware slider disabling patch (patches/launcher)

somewhatlurker fb7c46774d use shader_amd.farc for AMD patches (now toggling Novidia changes shaders between original and patched for multi-GPU users) 
users of old versions need to repatch shaders or rename shader.farc in MAMD to use this option in Novidia.
