zkldi 666120ce42 feat: migrate from "session.scoreInfo" to "scoreIDs" 
this vastly simplifies session storage and enforces that score info
is calculated on-request, rather than cached. This caching was
a violently bad idea, and i'm very happy to get rid of it.
