fix(devcontainer): ensure correct permissions on Windows volume mounts ( #1386 )

When the host project directory is mounted, Docker overwrites the image’s filesystem permissions, leaving the workspace owned by root instead of tachi. By moving the chown into the container startup (via ENTRYPOINT), permissions are corrected after the volume is mounted, restoring write access for the
non-root user.

When searching charts that have both a standard and dx version (eg VIIIBit, Oshama), the results generally have a mix of standard and dx, but if でらっくす is in the search field then the standard chart is much harder to find.
