fix(ongeki): set isReMaster for a few charts (#1124)

For the sake of consistency in the omnimix folders.
(Non-omnimix folders are unaffected).

The affected charts were removed before Re:MASTER was introduced,
but we believe they match the intent behind Re:MASTER.
