While the card works great for ASIO, it's actually great for other games that use WASAPI, especially in exclusive mode. You will need to mess with various audio options to work around this.
You will also not be able to directly capture audio when ASIO is in use. You are able to adjust Windows audio volume, however.
Do not buy this card if you must use SPDIF (optical out) - it won't work properly with IIDX/SDVX.
