You can adjust the video quality (compression level), framerate, and audio bitrate using patches, although their availability is limited to a handful of versions.
As of version `24-12-30`, spice2x will let you adjust the video quality using `IIDX NVENC Quality (-iidxreccqp)` option. Framerate and audio bitrate will still need to be done via patches.
