kichikuou e711d5786e Make agsurface_t backed by SDL_Surface ...

This adds `sdl_surface` field to agsurface_t. `agsurface->pixel` is now
set to `agsurfae->sdl_surface->pixels`.

Note that the `sdl_surface` field does not have alpha; transparent
surfaces have a separate alpha plane in `agsurface->alpha`.
