kichikuou 7c7768fba4 Android: Improve installation when game is in non-root directory of ZIP 
Launcher.kt extracts given ZIP file to the internal storage, preserving
its directory structure.

Before this change, if the game files were in a subdirectory, an
xsystem35.gr file was generated containing the path to the game files.
However, with this method, .xsys35rc and some data files (such as map
files of Kaeru Nyo) could not be loaded.

After this change, Launcher.kt will no longer generate the xsystem35.gr
file. Instead, it records the directory where the game is located in
game_directory.txt, and specify that directory in -gamedir to launch
xsystem35.

Fixes #51.

kichikuou cdb16f73a3 Read link table only from first ALD volume 
This fixes https://github.com/kichikuou/xsystem35-sdl2/issues/45.

The behavior when the contents of link table differ between ALD volumes
is different between System 3.8 and System 3.9, and System 3.9 uses the
link table of the first volume. The MangaGamer version of Rance 5D
depends on this behavior.

As far as I know, the only game that depends on the System 3.8 behavior
is Child Assassin (in Alice CD 2.50). Considering the additional
complexity, we do not implement switching to the old behavior.

The old names can still be used for backwards compatibility.

kichikuou c11c80d95d Remove CD-ROM device support 
This removes (old, unmaintained) real CD-ROM support for Linux and
FreeBSD. It may be possible to implement cross-platform CD support using
libcdio (https://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/), but it would not be
worth the effort given the low avilability of hardware that can play
CD-DA these days.

kichikuou 7b535b371a Fix initial palette values 
These match the System3.9 default colors that came from the default
system colors in Windows 256-color mode [1].

kichikuou f247495578 Breaking change: Fix ShArray.ChangeSecretArray 
This breaks save file compatibility for Daiakuji and Kaeru nyo Kuni nyo
Alice.

Due to an incorrect encryption code in ShArray.ChangeSecretArray, save
files were not interoperable with system3.9. (Even worse, this bug did
not affect the checksum calculation and did not cause a "corrupt save
file" error when a file saved with system3.9 was loaded with xsystem35
or vice versa.)

Fixes #41.
