kichikuou 0f6d4e2343 Add Streamer Mode with -censor option 
This introduces "Streamer Mode" to mosaic specified NSFW images, making
the game suitable for streaming or public viewing. This feature is
enabled via the '-censor <file>' command-line option, which takes a file
containing a list of image numbers to be filtered.

kichikuou 089520ec55 Add support for Debug Adapter Protocol 
If -debug_dap flag is given, xsystem35 speaks the Debug Adapter Protocol
(https://microsoft.github.io/debug-adapter-protocol/) via stdin/stdout.
This enables xsystem35 to work as a backend of VS Code's Debugger (and
possibly other debuggers that support DAP).

kichikuou 55837e5115 Remove xcore graphics backend 
This removes X11 specific code, making SDL2 a hard dependency.
X-based environments are continue to be supported via SDL2.

This also removes joystick_linux.c which was only used if SDL2 was not
available.
