kichikuou d97d49dbe7 Fix Y103 command (play_pcm) 
* The parameter is the number of times to loop, e.g. Y103,2: will play
  the sound twice. This still does not work on Windows because
  PlaySound() does not support specifying the loop count.
* Get AMSE data size from its header. This fixes audio glitch at the end
  of sounds.

kichikuou 1a53c50c75 Rework NACT command tracing 
- Now tracing is not a build-time config but a runtime option (`-trace`)
- One command per line, so that traces are not mixed with other outputs
- Send traces to DAP client
- Fix garbled characters in non-SJIS environments

kichikuou 2f2e5f9aa7 Skip 400ms delay after opening menu if mouse movement is disabled 
This removes the 400ms delay in NACT::wait_after_open_menu() if
automatic mouse movement is disabled, because there's less risk of
miss-clicking.

kichikuou c2ff6de675 Stop message skip on unseen text 
This makes System3-sdl2 stop message skip when it sees text that has not
been read by the player. Seen / unseen flags are stored in MSGSKIP.DAT
file in the save folder.

kichikuou 487bd49745 CD-DA BGM playback support with SDL_mixer 
This adds -playlist command line option to specify a "playlist" file
which lists music files to be played instead of CD audio tracks.
The format of playlist file is the same as xsystem35's.
