Hispeed setting now mostly matches wacca hispeed.
hispeed gimmicks also show up in visual
hispeed setting also saves between launches

veroxzik b725ff2f00 fix: End of chart note behavior 
Notes cannot be placed after an 'end of chart' note.
'End of chart' notes cannot be placed before other notes or multiple times.

Farex-GHandveroxzik dc7e6dc275 mainform: circleview: Move some circleView logic into circleView class (#10) 
* mainform: circleview: Split and decouple some elements

This moves circleview rendering and mouse updating into the circleView class.
The goal of this is to start to decouple circleView from needing direct
access to GUI elements, and to also help remove some non-GUI logic from
MainForm.

Most of the logic is left untouched. There are some small changes, mostly
with the if statements when checking if we need to pay attention to certain
mouse movement, but the underlying behavior is left as-is.

* Fixing a single tab like a madman.

Allows for smoother track seeking when the song is paused.
For now, we keep the current behavior of disabling all track seeking while the song is playing.
