* add WE tables and folders

* Add omnimix WE songs

* X-VERSE-X Omnimix

* Copy over legacy chart IDs from Tachi v2

* X-VERSE-X International

* Remove WE restrictions from tests

* Resolve duplicate WE charts and allow for array inGameIDs in CHUNITHM

* Fix test data

* Add tables and folders for X-VERSE-X International

* Add WE folders for VERSE/X-VERSE, update ULTIMA versions of charts

* ULTIMAs should use the version they first appeared in

* Fix WE folder matching for array inGameIDs

* Change default table for CHUNITHM from X-VERSE to X-VERSE-X

* Do not calculate rating for WE charts

* unfuck the levels

* support importing WE scores from MYT API

Tachi-Server

Tachi-Server is the backend for Tachi.

What's it do?

Hosts an express backend server.
Opens a public API on /api.
Supports various IR frameworks under /ir
Powers a ridiculously overengineered score import framework.
