zkldi 46f6e4499d fix: not sure what's broken but no time to investigate

i knew updating octokit would break something stupid and here's
the exact stupid thing breaking.

literally no idea. all autogenned types that don't seem to even agree
with eachother. What even is the point man

Tachi GitHub Bot

We use this to listen for pull requests that affect the Database Seeds. When this happens, we provide a link for viewing the diff. Simple!
