How do I use this?
Make sure you have the repository set up.
With that done, run pnpx ts-node merge-mdb.ts --help. Provide the right data for --basedir, --index and --version.
Make sure you have ifstools installed in your PATH. You'll need python3 installed.
Once you have python3 installed, run pip install ifstools.
The script should now "just work"(TM).
