zkldi 583c9a8826 fix: prevent jubility from not sometimes 
this fix ensures that scores are only fetched *from* jubeat, because why
would they ever need to be fetched from anywhere else (lol)

well, we were potentially fetching scores from other games by fetching
songIDs without discriminating on game first. This manifested in
accidentally letting `undefined` seep into our reducers, resulting in
NaN - which of course, in JSON, is `null`.

Things like class colours, volforce classes, etc. should
be able to be downgraded if they fall below their requisites.

zkldi 28116909a1 feat: support sdvxInGameID as a matchType 
this allows ANY_INF to be passed as a difficulty, which is convenient
for scripts that import from services that consider all of INF/GRV/HVN...
to be equivalent

zkldi 77f3ba76a4 fix: Move FAKE_MIGRATION out of test-data 
Attempting to depend on anything inside test-utils at runtime is a
footgun, and may result in the server not booting.

This patch stops the server from depending on something that might not
exist at runtime, such as test-utils/test-data trying to get the buffer
of the eamusement csv and failing catastrophically.
