* fix: key prop errors
this may not catch all of them, but it's a lot of them
also fixes a type error in SpecificFolderPage when accessing GPTImpl
* fix: wait for component render before calling setState
* fix: don't update component after unmount
* fix: no-op caused by debounced functions trying to update after unmount
* fix: fragments without keys
* fix: undo some changes that don't need to be made

* chore,fix: upgrade ongeki seeds
The dataset is up to date up until March 27th, 2024.
A single chart is missing:
https://wikiwiki.jp/gameongeki/怒槌～光吉猛修一部謎～
Added maxPlatScore and inGameID.
Added alt (romaji) song titles.
Removed the wikiwiki scraper because it's no longer relevant.
Restored the score column that relied on maxPlatScore.
Fixed the client crashing when you click Lamps Only in a geki session.
Removed Act 2.

feat: migrate from "session.scoreInfo" to "scoreIDs"
...
this vastly simplifies session storage and enforces that score info
is calculated on-request, rather than cached. This caching was
a violently bad idea, and i'm very happy to get rid of it.
