* fix: change naiveRating to 50 songs
* fix: unfuck duplicate charts caused by later options modifying earlier options
* feat: new rating classes for verse
* fix(bot): chunithm min scores is 50
* add charts to VERSE Omnimix
* add search aliases for new songs
* disable verse intl for now

refactor: remove /dashboard prefix and change /users/ to /u/
...
This overhaul automatically redirects old routes to new routes
they served no purpose anyway and were link noise.
i don't like them

These commands never get used and are generally ugly.
I'm trying to decrease the maintenance of this project, and this is
an unecessary expense imo.
