zkldi ba003facfc feat: Experimental go re-implementation of sieglinde 
THIS CODE DOES NOT WORK! IT NEVER CONVERGES, AND I HAVEN'T INVESTIGATED
WHY JUST YET.

However, this is an experiemental go re-impl of sieglinde for
performance.
Sadly, it doesn't seem to uh, do much, for performance. I'm leaving it
here as a commit for clarities sake, but it isn't going to be used for
anything nor kept in the repo.

zkldi 08844354e4 perf(sieglinde): replace logger with bare console 
winston has some horrific performance issues under mass load
so we're just not going to use it.

This add's JiminP's work on a sieglinde calculator. It's been adapted by
me (zkldi), but is mostly original maths that I haven't looked much into
yet.

unicode maintains two star icons and only
one of them is properly supported on certain devices

huge pain because my editor and browser renders them
properly. wonderful.

I have absolutely no idea why this is like this. It does not
make any sense, so I am inclined to believe it is some sort of bug
with pnpm and workspaces.

zkldi a82641849d chore: make certain @types not devDeps 
These are actually necessary in non-dev scenarios, as we use
ts-node/register as our loader. This expects types to exist
for our dependencies, for some reason.

I'm too tired to properly resolve this, so making @types mandatory
is my hack fix.

It's not like they add much to the build size anyway.

zkldi 7f63ae9187 ci: workflow should deploy for server 
this might be a footgun in the future, who knows.
I feel like having a dedicated button for "deploy" disguised as "run
workflow" might result in an accidental deploy. ah well.
