Subject: [PATCH] fix: forcibly deny Forced-CN/Forced-HCN charts

Why on gods green earth does a chart with forced CN not ALSO set the
user score to say "CN mode"? Literally why? The play says LN mode.

Ridiculous. Fucking beatoraja engineering.
