Parent-child relationships are established by the UpdateComponent
function. Parts_SetParentPartsNumber does not establish the relationship
(and it does not create the parent object if it does not exist yet).
Render params are now computed recursively on children when they are set
on the parent (instead of recomputing them every time a child parts is
rendered).
