kichikuou f1b80d7086 Improve SACT version detection 
Using game title (set by the MT command) is fragile in translations.
After this, SACT version is determined from the information in the HEL0
section of System39.ain.

Nunuhara Cabbage f6217bcc3d Implement modified MP command from English patches 
Implement the patched version of the MP command, which appends a number
of spaces to a string rather than truncating. This is only used in the
English translations of Rance III and Rance IV.
