fonts: Replace mincho font with IPA Mincho
...
Switch the bundled mincho font from a Source Han Serif JP subset to a
subset of IPA Mincho, which has monospace ASCII glyphs.
IPA Mincho's hhea ascent/descent already match its OS/2 typo metrics, so
adjust_metrics.py is no longer needed. However, IPA Mincho is distributed
under the IPA Font License v1.0, under which a subset is a "Derived
Program"; Article 3.1(4) forbids the derived font's name from containing
the licensed program's name ("IPA"). Add rename_font.py to rewrite the
name table accordingly, and replace licenses/mincho.txt with the IPA Font
License.

Remove CD-ROM device support
...
This removes (old, unmaintained) real CD-ROM support for Linux and
FreeBSD. It may be possible to implement cross-platform CD support using
libcdio (https://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/ ), but it would not be
worth the effort given the low avilability of hardware that can play
CD-DA these days.

This removes X11 specific code, making SDL2 a hard dependency.
X-based environments are continue to be supported via SDL2.
This also removes joystick_linux.c which was only used if SDL2 was not
available.

Android: Use android.media.MediaPlayer for BGM playback
...
Playlist is written to <gamedir>/playlist.txt during installation
("cdrom_device" in .xsys35rc is not used).
Files that match /(\d+)\.(wav|mp3|ogg)$/ are recognized as BGM files
(digits represent a track number). Note that this convention is the same
as Kichikuou on Web.

Now fonts/ directory is bundled in APK as assets. TTF_OpenFont() can
open files in Android assets, but cannot handle the "./" path prefix.
