kichikuou b683924564 MDA loading on non-Windows platforms 
- On Android, MDAs are now loaded from APK assets.
- On Mac/Linux, MDAs are now installed by 'make install', and loaded
  from installation directory.
- MDAs and fonts are moved into a new toplevel directory, resources/.

kichikuou 358ea7b1a9 Android: Add simple launcher 
This adds a minimal launcher activity for the android app, which does
the followings:

- Opens a file chooser to let user select a zip file
- Extracts the zip into the app's internal storage
- Launches the SDL activity

kichikuou e3c812da3a Android: Load fonts from assets 
Now fonts/ directory is bundled in APK as assets. TTF_OpenFont() can
open files in Android assets, but cannot handle the "./" path prefix.
