Also fixes a typo in README.md.

kichikuou 14f4c38d85 Load configurations from system3.ini 
This corresponds to xsystem35's `.xsys35rc` file (but loaded only from
the game directory). The format is a subset of .ini file.

This will enable using custom fonts on Android / Web.
