Merges master -> master

I went to test through all current available versions of hdd, it works mostly fine other than two minor issues.

getUserCourse request does not use paging before Amazon, guess there's not that much courses overall.
getUserDataEx does not exists before Amazon, so upgrading from earlier version will break here.
