Tau 98f6fb9d5b idz: Fix backwards compatibility 
Silently drop OOB course IDs instead of erroring. Those IDs may
come from later versions which have bigger arrays in that spot.

Tau 141cb4b90c Save "last mileage reward" field 
Not entirely clear what it does but it prevents a music unlock
notification notification from popping at the start of every credit
whether or not the underlying music unlock flag is already set.
