## Summary
Using BT5.28, when insertting coins, launcher has no reaction for coins, and blocker/counter don't work either.
Test/service buttons work well.
## Expected behavior
In game mode, blocker should be off, and counter++ when inserting a coin.
## Current behavior
Coin/blocker/counter don't work
## Steps to reproduce
1.copy iidx25-26.zip(BT5.28) to /contents
2.replace iidxio.dll by iidxio-ezusb.dll
3.boot
