I know there exists a build of bemanitools (may be older) that can boot FTT, but IO doesn't work. May be worth digging up that source and adding in what needs to be done.

Should be fairly simple too I think, it's literally just 4 buttons with a P4IO (at least iirc)

It's definitely not just 4 buttons. It's 4 drum inputs with sensitivity settings off a J32D ACIO node.
