Coins are not recognized when inserted into the cab and thus can not add credits.
Expected behavior
Coin mech should activate and add 1 coin to the credit counter.
Current behavior
Coin mech has no response at all in IIDX 18 and 19's test menu and inserted coins are not recognized.
Detailed Description
Also tested with iidxiotest.exe and the coin mech activated without any issue.
The service button can increment the credit counter.
IIDX 26 with no IO emulation (because there is no need to) has no issue.
All other inputs work without any issue in IIDX 19 (Test, Service, 14 keys, turntables, 1p 2p Start, Effect, VFEX, sliders).
Steps to reproduce
Launch data with gamestart-19.bat (gamestart-18.bat) with iidxio-bio2.dll as iidxio
Go into test menu -> input test
Insert coins
Coin mech does not show it's activated
Possible solution
Possible ezusb(?) emulation <-> real bio2 issues?

Provide FULL log output, e.g. inject.log or launcher.log. Please do not guess which things
are relevant or not. Without knowing, you might leave out things that are relevant for the developers. You have to enable log output explicitly if not done already.
For inject.exe and launcher.exe, add `-Y logfile.log` to the command line args to output to a file, e.g. `gamestart.bat -Y logfile.log`.
