skogaby 127f340b6a Fix a couple of very subtle bugs, it seems like air delay < ~125 causes sensor 11 only (?) to read lower during slider calibration than during the main gameplay loop. Also forgot to remove the call to calibrate the slider keys inside the constructor.

Bring in fuee's changes for DMA LED updates and improved touch input response time. Overhaul the slider and air sensor calibration methods to be better, more consistent, and no longer have 'sensitivity' parameters
