kyoubate-haruka fab190272c nusec: add data persistence (#124) ...

Adds an opt-in toggle to make keychip data (playcount, log, etc.) persistent into a file located in the DEVICE folder.

Now why you would want to do that, I don't know myself. But higher accurracy to the real thing is always cool.
