kyoubate-haruka beb54c57c3 ewf: support for FTYPE irp and file seeking, fix mono quirks (#120 )

This implements file seeking for files inside virtual files from ewfhook, as well as fixes a mono implementation detail where it changes it's behaviour based on the result of GetFileType. see capnhook PR for more info.
