修改启动目录搜索逻辑，对于包含SDHD关键词的文件自动搜索bin目录，其他情况搜索package目录 优化目录搜索函数为通用的FindFolder方法，支持不区分大小写的匹配 更新README文档以反映新的启动目录选择逻辑
