ItsCharaHere 0de77828ba Implement Battle Correction Calculation 
This change allows for the lobby to play the difficulty range of the average rating of the lobby.
This now makes it so that a 1 rating player will not force the entire lobby to play at a level range of 1-8 essentially, and other edge cases.
