* Fix subscription custom configs ignoring custom config socks port
Full Xray/sing-box configs imported from a subscription no longer got the
subscription's "Custom config socks port" (SubItem.PreSocksPort) after
eff5845 and 9638b4c. 7.24.4 and earlier copied it onto every imported
config, and the Clash, Hysteria2 and raw-file paths still do.
Without it, GetPreSocksItem builds no pre-socks core for these profiles,
so they cannot be used in TUN mode. Setting the port on the profile is
not a workaround, because every subscription update re-creates the
profiles.
* Add regression test for subscription custom config socks port
Filter patterns (subscription subFilter, policy-group Filter, message
MsgFilter) accept arbitrary user input while the tested text (remarks
from subscriptions, log lines) is attacker-influenced. Regex.IsMatch
without timeout hangs on evil patterns like (a+)+$ - a malicious
subscription can freeze the UI/log pipeline on every update.
Add Utils.IsRegexMatch with a 2s timeout; fail open (match) with a log
so no node or message is silently dropped. Apply to all four call
sites.

Refactor `ConfigHandler.MoveServer` to accept a `List<string>` of profile `IndexId`s instead of full `ProfileItem` objects. In `ProfilesViewModel`, remove the duplicated `_lstProfile` cache and build move lists directly from `ProfileItems`, so move and drag-reorder actions use the live UI order and avoid stale profile snapshots.

Fetch and display tested server IP and country (with emoji) in speed tests. Adds CountryExtension for country->emoji mapping and a new IpInfoResult type; ConnectionHandler now retrieves/parses IP API results and GetRealPingTime signature adjusted. Models and entities (ProfileItemModel, ProfileExItem, SpeedTestResult) gain IpInfo fields; ProfileExManager can store test IP info. UI/UX updated: new IpInfo column in ProfilesView (desktop and Avalonia), ResUI resource strings for "IP Info", and EServerColName ordering supports IpInfo. SpeedtestService now captures IP info and forwards it to the view model via the update function.
